Watching IOM Worlds Online

You are probably all way ahead of me, but each morning now if I tune in to the IOM Worlds Website, I can watch all the previous day’s racing live with commentary and everything.

Camera work (including drones) is excellent, close-ups etc. Commentary is pretty well informed too. Also interviews with the top competitors is very entertaining.

The button to select is “LIVE” but of course as it’s typically 6am in Gladstone when I watch, what you get is the whole of the previous day (and skip through the adverts!)

I find it easier to set up on the laptop than the iPhone for some reason.

Hugh and Richard U Race Tens in Germany !!

Hugh and Richard U have driven over to Germany to race Ten Raters at the German Championships!!

These are Day 1 results !

Marblehead Racing Sunday 1st September

We had a lovely five boat fleet on Sunday. Swing Rigs all morning and an avant garde trapezoidal (sort of) course. It was great fun and the weather was terrific, as was the company 🙂

Water levels are low – which is always controversial – but launching and recovery was fine from the main keelboat pontoon and the safe way to clamber on and off was from the shore side, which was a flatter, more stable, route.

We had a Niou Niou, plus four F6’s on the water.
