With two or even three members racing away at Blackpool, that left the core members a little light and I guess the chilly forecast made the duvets attractive!

So Howard and Richard had a little IOM workshop with Howard’s recently acquired IOM (ISIS design?) … There was fair bit to do in the glowing warmth of the upstairs clubhouse lounge – new radio and receiver to install, sort the rigs out and pop new patches on. All that was a two coffees job(!) then we popped the boats in… practice starts, mark roundings and transmitter/receiving testing. A fun morning. Howard’s boat is registered GBR 2700, hence the unusual approach to sail numbers! Breeze was there but flukey as can be.
